Do I ship to the EU/UK?

Is VAT covered?
No. You, the buyer, are responsible for any extra service/custom's fees that may incur.
Where is my order?
This shop is run by one person. Please allow up to 1 week to process your order.
After shipping with the designated shipping service, the parcel is out of my control. Please contact the shipping/handling service directly to resolve.
Are you allowed to sell fan-made merchandise?
Yes, according to Hoyoverse/Mihoyo's article on Hoyolab, fan-made merchandise created by individuals are allowed.
What payment processor do you use?
We utilize Stripe! All Transactions are secured through SSL and are subject to Stripe's processing fees.
Why have I been refunded my order?
This shop currently has a 5 item listing limitation with limited features. Inventory tracking, to display sold out message, is not available at this time. Therefore, there may be a delay before shop reflects the sold out item's listing removal.
In addition, fan-made merchandise may be pulled off the shelf to stay within the authorization limitations. If approval is granted, the item could be put back onto the store.
